سياسة الإلغاء:

في حالة رغبة العميل في إلغاء الخدمات، يجب عليه تقديم إشعار كتابي قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل من الموعد المقرر للتثبيت.

يؤدي الإلغاء خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ التثبيت المقرر إلى رسوم إلغاء تعادل 50 % من إجمالي التكلفة.

Cancellation Policy:

If the customer wishes to cancel the services, he must provide a written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled date of installation.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled installation date result in cancellation fees equal to 50% of the total installation cost.
